Lord's Schools Portal ("the App") is a mobile application that allows students, parents, and staff of Lord's Schools to log in and access the school's online portal. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
Information collected is used solely to authenticate you and display your school portal within the App. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your login credentials are transmitted directly to the school's server and are not stored by the App on your device beyond what is required to maintain your active session. All communication with the server takes place over a secure connection.
The App communicates only with the official Lord's Schools portal server. It does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
The App may be used by students who are minors, under the supervision of their school and/or parents. Any information entered into the portal is governed by the school's own data policies. Parents or guardians with concerns about a student's data should contact the school directly.
We take reasonable measures to protect information transmitted through the App, including the use of secure connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may stop using the App at any time. Logging out will end your active session. For questions about data held in the school portal itself, please contact your school's administration.
