Your portal stays active for a 14-day grace period while we contact you. If unpaid after that, access is suspended but your data is never deleted. You can reactivate any time by renewing, and your data will be exactly as you left it.

Yes. The cost already paid toward Annual subscription is not refunded, but you can upgrade by paying the difference. Contact us and we'll work out a fair arrangement.

No. You receive the version current at the time of purchase. Future major updates (new modules, redesigns) are available for purchase separately. Bug fixes for your purchased version are covered during the 30-day support window.

You may deploy the software for other schools and charge them a fee. You do not own the intellectual property — you cannot rebrand and claim it as your own product, or sub-license the code. We retain the IP.

No. Setup, data import, staff training, and custom domain configuration are all included at no extra charge for Annual and Outright + Annual plans.
