1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your school's access to and use of EduJet, a school management software platform operated by Awerange Limited (RC7719245), Oyo, Nigeria ("we", "us", "EduJet"). By activating a trial or paid account, your school agrees to these Terms.
2. The service
EduJet provides school management software including CBT examination tools, result computation, fee tracking, admissions management, parent and student portals, attendance recording, timetable management, and ID card generation. The specific modules available depend on the plan selected.
3. Account responsibility
Your school is responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your school's account
- Ensuring staff who use EduJet do so in accordance with these Terms
- Providing accurate information during signup and throughout your subscription
4. Acceptable use
You may not use EduJet to:
- Store or transmit any unlawful, harassing, or defamatory content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other schools' accounts
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code (except where source code has been explicitly provided under the Outright Purchase plan)
- Use the platform in a way that interferes with other schools' use of EduJet
5. Payment and renewal
Annual subscription fees are due at the start of each subscription year. We will notify you at least 30 days before your renewal date. Failure to renew results in suspension of access after a 14-day grace period. Your data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation before permanent deletion.
Outright Purchase fees are a one-time payment. Source code is delivered after payment is confirmed. Renewals under the Outright + Annual plan cover hosting, updates, and support — not the software licence, which is perpetual.
6. Free trial
A 30-day free trial is available with full platform access and no payment required. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or export your data and discontinue. Trial accounts not converted to paid subscriptions are deleted 30 days after trial expiry.
7. Intellectual property
Awerange Limited owns all intellectual property rights in EduJet, including the software, design, and documentation. Under all plans except Outright Purchase, you receive a non-transferable licence to use the software during your subscription. Outright Purchase grants a perpetual licence to use and deploy the software, including resell rights, but does not transfer IP ownership.
8. Data and privacy
Our handling of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your school retains ownership of all data entered into EduJet.
9. Uptime and reliability
We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Awerange Limited's liability to your school is limited to the amount paid for the EduJet service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately in cases of serious breach of these Terms. On termination, we will provide a data export and delete your data within 90 days.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oyo State, Nigeria.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Active schools will be notified of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of EduJet after that date constitutes acceptance.
